We operate on a subscription-based prepaid model, offering 7-day trial plans and monthly subscriptions for doorstep delivery through our website and mobile app.
2. Account Registration
- You may need to create an account to place orders or manage your subscription.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Any activity under your account will be considered as performed by you.

3. Services and Subscriptions
a. Subscription Plans
We currently offer:
- 7-Day Trial Subscription
- Monthly Subscription
All subscriptions are prepaid and can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be issued once payment is made.
b. Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Upon cancellation, service will stop after the current subscription period ends.
- No refunds or partial credits will be provided for unused days.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices listed on www.nutribowlkitchen.in are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All payments are 100% prepaid and processed through secure third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Paytm, or Stripe).
- nutribowl.kitchen does not store or have access to your full payment information.
- Once a payment is completed, it is non-refundable.
5. Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, and operational factors.
- If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, it may be marked as completed, and no replacement or refund will be provided.
- Please check your meal upon delivery and contact us immediately in case of any issue.
6. No Refund Policy
All payments made to nutribowl.kitchen are non-refundable.
This applies to all orders, subscriptions, renewals, or cancellations — including partial usage or early cancellation of active plans.
Exceptions are made only for technical payment failures (e.g., double charges or payment without order confirmation).
