This Shipping Policy explains how our meal deliveries are handled for all prepaid and subscription-based orders placed through www.nutribowlkitchen.in or our mobile app.


1. Service Area

  • nutribowl.kitchen currently provides delivery only within the city limits of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.
  • If your address falls outside our delivery coverage area, we will notify you at checkout or during account setup.
  • We plan to expand delivery zones in the future, and updates will be shared on our website and app.

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made as per your active subscription plan7-day trial or monthly.
  • You will receive your meals on your selected delivery days and time slot (for example, lunch or dinner window).
  • Timings may vary slightly depending on weather, traffic, or local conditions, but we strive to maintain on-time delivery every day.

3. Delivery Process

  • All meals are freshly prepared at our local kitchen and delivered via our in-house or partnered delivery agents within Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
  • Orders are delivered to the exact address provided at the time of checkout.
  • Once marked as “Delivered” by our delivery partner, the order is considered complete.
  • If you or your representative are unavailable at the delivery address, the meal will be marked as delivered and no replacement or refund will be issued.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges (if any) are displayed during checkout or may be included in your subscription price.
  • We may offer free delivery for certain localities or promotional plans within Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable or the provided address is incorrect, delivery will be marked as completed.
  • Re-delivery will not be available, and the meal for that day will be forfeited without any refund.
  • For ongoing subscriptions, deliveries will continue as per the next scheduled date.

6. Change of Address or Delivery Time

  • If you wish to change your delivery address or time, please contact support@nutribowlkitchen.in at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Address changes are only accepted if the new location is still within Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

7. Delivery Confirmation

  • You may receive a message or app notification once your order is delivered.
  • Please check your meal immediately after delivery.
  • If you find an issue (wrong item, damage, missing bowl, etc.), report it within 2 hours of delivery to support@nutribowlkitchen.in.

8. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances

While we aim to deliver on time, deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Heavy rain, traffic, strikes, or power outages
  • Sudden operational issues
  • Unavailability of ingredients

In such cases, we may reschedule or adjust delivery timings without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for delays beyond our control.


9. Coverage Limitation

We do not currently deliver outside Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar or to nearby towns/villages.
All orders placed outside our service area will be cancelled and refunded automatically (if payment was made).
