1. Prepaid Orders
All meal plans and subscriptions offered by nutribowl.kitchen are 100% prepaid.
We begin preparing your meals immediately after your order is confirmed; therefore, we do not offer any refunds once payment is completed.
2. No Refund Policy
- Payments made for 7-day trial or monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, even if the subscription is cancelled before the end of the period.
- Once your order or subscription has started, you will not be eligible for any refund, full or partial.
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind or taste preference
- Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors
- Food dissatisfaction (unless verified quality issues are confirmed by us)
3. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription anytime, but cancellation will only stop future deliveries after the current subscription period ends.
- No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused days or cancelled subscriptions.
4. Payment Failures or Duplicates
Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:
- Payment was deducted but the order/subscription was not confirmed.
- Duplicate payment made for the same order.
In such cases:
- Please contact us at support@nutribowlkitchen.in within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Quality or Delivery Issues
If you receive an incorrect or damaged meal:
- Report the issue immediately (within 2 hours of delivery) via email at support@nutribowlkitchen.in or through our app support section.
- Our team will verify the claim and may offer a replacement or service credit at our sole discretion.
- Refunds are not provided, even in such cases.
6. Third-Party Payment Processors
Payments made through Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, or any other third-party gateway are subject to their processing terms and timelines.
nutribowl.kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by these third parties.
